Can I start for free without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan never requires a payment method. You can create a job, invite candidates, and review responses without entering any billing information.
What happens when I hit the Free plan limits?
You can still access everything you've already created. You just won't be able to create new jobs or invite new candidates until you upgrade or the month resets.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
How does the 14-day free trial for Pro work?
You get full Pro access for 14 days. We'll ask for a card to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then.
What is Enterprise pricing based on?
Enterprise pricing depends on team size, usage volume, and the features required (custom domain, SSO, SLA, etc.). Contact us and we'll put together a custom quote.
Do candidates pay anything?
No. Candidates record for free — they just need the unique interview link. There are no charges, no sign-ups, and no apps required on the candidate side.
